Delivery Charges

At comm-links.co.uk, we delivery all of our products using DHL or Royal Mail. Delivery depends on the value of your order, excluding VAT. For orders upto £100.00 the delivery charge is £6.00 and orders upto £200.00 the delivery charge is £10.00. All orders over £200 benefit from a FREE DELIVERY service.

We want to ensure that all our customer are satisfied, so if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have recieved, we will give you a full refund. You can return the goods to us in their original packaging and condition within the period of 21 days.

If you do wish to return goods to us, we need the following information which must be enclosed with the returned goods in their original condition.

• An RA number (please call a member of our sales team on 0808 222 7777 to obtain this)
• Order number
• Your account number and company name
• Your surname
• Description of the goods being returned
• A reason for returning the goods
• Whether you want a refund on credit card or a replacement
